Information on this site

We work to keep program, schedule and eligibility information accurate, but it may change. Submitting an enrollment form or booking a tour does not guarantee a spot. Enrollment is confirmed only when we tell you in writing. Eligibility for PHL Pre-K, CCIS and other programs is decided by the agencies that run them.

Your submissions

Please give accurate information and only submit information you have the right to share. Secure links we send you are for your family only; please don't forward them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, including by sending spam, trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfering with its operation.

Emergencies

Website forms are not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 911, and call the center directly at (267) 388-7348 for anything urgent about your child.
