Everything You Need to Know

Tuition depends on your child’s age, program and schedule, and many families pay little or nothing through PHL Pre-K or CCIS. Contact us or start an enrollment form and we’ll give you exact pricing.

Yes. PHL Pre-K is free for Philadelphia children who are 3 or 4 by September 1, with no income requirement. It covers a 5.5-hour school day during the school year; wraparound hours can be private pay or covered by CCIS.

Yes. We accept CCIS (Child Care Works) through the Philadelphia Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC), and our staff will help you gather what you need to apply.

We accept children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. All children must have up-to-date immunizations and a health assessment from their pediatrician. We also require completed enrollment forms with emergency contacts and dietary information.

Yes. We participate in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and serve nutritious meals and snacks to enrolled children. We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.

Yes. We are open Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning. We follow state health department guidelines for communicable diseases. If a child becomes ill during the day, parents will be contacted immediately for pickup.

Our facility features secure entry, background-checked staff, emergency preparedness plans, and regular safety drills. Outdoor play areas are fenced and age-appropriate equipment is regularly inspected.
